The High Museum of Art Atlanta will be displaying the famous Girl With a Pearl Earring painting as part of a Dutch Golden Age collection through the end of September. This is the first time the work by Johannes Vermeer has been shown in the Southeastern U.S. Other upcoming exhibitions include Go West! which showcases works illustrating the American West in the 20th century and runs through April 2014.
Located in midtown Atlanta, the High Museum offers venue spaces that include lecture rooms, atriums, an outdoor plaza and the lobby, which can accommodate receptions of up to 650 people. Groups can arrange private viewings of the permanent collections and special exhibitions.
