Ruben Garcia

The Ritz-Carlton, Denver announced the appointment of new Executive Chef Ruben Garcia. He will oversee all culinary activities and operations including banquet and catering options.

Chef Garcia most recently worked as Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, and before that at the Ritz-Carlton, South Beach in Miami.

He attended the Culinary Institute of Louisiana and has worked at Ritz-Carlton properties in Louisiana, Georgia and Florida and assisted with openings in Lake Tahoe, Grand Cayman, Moscow and New Orleans.
