Taj Boston named Chef Daniel Harrison Dumont as executive chef. He will oversee all culinary operations at the property, including the bar, care and the French Room, which serves traditional afternoon and holiday teas.
He most recently operated Harrison Hospitality Group, a food and beverage management company offering an array of restaurant services including concept development, staff training and cost containment procedures. He also served as vice president of culinary and corporate chef for Ocean Properties, Ltd. where he oversaw openings and chef trainings for more than 100 hotels.
The 273-room Taj Boston offers venues accomodating up to 700 delegates.
