This National Historic Trust site was the former home of three prominent Cedar Rapids families. Its 26-acre estate and mansion provide excellent scenery for corporate or non-profit events.

NewBo City Market
Iowa’s first public, year-round market lies in the middle of the New Bohemia Neighborhood. Half of the market floor can be made available for groups of all sizes.

CSPS Hall
The CSPS venue, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, hosts musical talent from around the world. A $7 million renovation and expansion was completed in 2011.

Paramount Theatre
Not even the 2008 flood could shut down this legendary performance theater, which was completely restored and updated with additional meeting space last November. The Paramount contains an elegant lounge leading to a recital hall available for meetings.
