Towering Expansion for Miami Hotel

MIAMI

Courtyard Miami Beach Oceanfront, on Collins Avenue, is gearing up for opening of its new 93-room Oceanfront Tower this fall.

A vintage South Beach classic, the elegant 263-room hotel was originally constructed as the art deco Cadillac Hotel.

The property will be greeting guests with a newly refreshed look. To start, the lobby will be more expansive and grand, featuring a new 32-foot lobby bar and lounge. Following suit with a sharp new look will be a gym with added workout programming and a complete redesign of the main pool area with spacious cabanas and a deck that fuses the outdoor space with the lounge through large operational glass panels. A new pool is also being constructed as a part of the new Oceanfront Tower, sitting beachfront along the popular boardwalk.

The hotel offers 3,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor function areas. Its renovated meeting rooms and outdoor space includes the Indian Creek Boardroom, capable of hosting smaller groups equipped with ergonomic chairs for a board meeting of 15 with 436 square feet. In addition there will be a brand new meeting space located in the new Oceanfront Tower slated to accommodate up to 100 featuring high ceilings, and 2,200 square feet of meeting space.
