The Mauna Kea Resort announced the appointment of Laura Van Winkle-Mascari as regional director of group sales. She comes to the property with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experiences, and will oversee group sales for Canada, the southeastern U.S., Kansas and Missouri.
She previously worked as a senior sales manager at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou bay, as senior national sales manager with the Newport Beach CVB in California and in sales at various Hilton properties and at The Balboa Bay Club & Resort.
The 1,800-acre resort sits on the Kohala Coast on the Island of Hawaii.
