The Denver Marriott City Center has launched a special offer for meeting planners that rewards a company for the more rooms booked.
With the Pick Your Perks Package, groups will receive free Internet access for up to 300 people in the downtown Denver hotel’s 27 meeting rooms when more than 100 room nights are booked and used by the end of the year. Groups will earn even more perks as they set aside more guest rooms. Among the incentives are:
- Four percent off the master with a minimum of 100 rooms
- Two suite upgrades for every 50 rooms contracted per night
- Two guest room certificates good for a two-night stay per certificate
- 50 percent off staff block, with five percent on peak night
- Complimentary continental breakfast
- 10 percent food and beverage discount
- Double Marriott Reward points
- Complimentary meeting room rental
- Complimentary one-hour reception (wine, beer and chef’s choice of food
- 20 percent audio and visual discount with in-house equipment
- One morning and one afternoon coffee break
When groups book 50 to 150 total room nights, the event planner can pick one option. When 151 to 300 room nights are requested, two incentives are available. For 301 to 650 nights, three options apply. For more than 651 room nights contracted, four benefits are available.
The 20-floor hotel features 599 rooms and 14 suites with views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline, along with 27 meeting rooms with 30,000 square feet of flexible space, an onsite Starbucks, two casual American restaurants and top-notch fitness and swimming facilities.
