The Lodge at Doonbeg on Ireland's western coast named Heiko Riebandt executive chef.
He will oversee menu creation at the luxury property's various dining outlets, as well as banquets, special event dining and guest cooking programs. The Lodge's menu focuses on modern Irish and international cuisine created with local, authentic ingredients.
Reibandt spent the last seven years as executive sous chef and executive chef at The Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel, a Relais & Chateaux in Kenmare, County Kerry and has worked in kitchens throughout Europe.
