Park Hyatt offers classy culinary teambuilding

The Park Hyatt brand, with six hotel locations in North America and more internationally, expanded its teambuilding options to entice incentive and corporate groups. The Masters of Food & Wine program is a series of culinary workshops offering unique attendee experiences.

The program began as a seasonal weekend event that connected guests and food enthusiasts with chefs, sommeliers and other experts, and was easily adapted into a hands-on activity available to meeting groups.

Excursions have included visits to Tokyo markets and oyster tasting at a California aqua farm.

The Park Hyatt Washington, in D.C.’s West End neighborhood, offers microbrew tastings with local purveyor PortCity Brewing and a winter tea tasting with a Certified Tea Master.
