La Posada de Santa Fe in New Mexico now offers an Iron Chef-style salsa-making team-building program.
Complete with a central table of ingredients and individual work stations, the activity allows groups to experience the delicious thril of competition.
In addition to a unique salsa, teams can also prepare signature margaritas to be judged on creativity, teamwork and flavor.
The Santa Fe resort also introduced a new dining experience named Fuego!, featuring Latin fusion cuisine.
Originally built as a Victorian mansion in 1882, La Posada offers 157 guest rooms, with a combination of casita-style spaces and 30 suites.
The property is full of art, with more than 600 pieces on display, overseen by an onsite curator. The 4,500-square-foot conference center on-site can accommodate 300 attendees.
