Green Bay
- Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, is expanding. The project includes the addition of approximately 6,700 new seats to the south end zone, two new entrance gates, a rooftop viewing platform in the north end zone, two new HD video boards and a new sound system. Construction in the north end zone was completed in August 2012 and the south end zone is scheduled for completion this year.
- Red Oak Vineyard relocated from its 3rd Avenue location in Sturgeon Bay to a larger, updated facility off of Highway 57, also in Sturgeon Bay.
- Door 44 Winery, which opened in June in Sturgeon Bay, is the sister winery to Kewaunee, Wisc.-based Parallel 44 Vineyard and Winery.
Fox Cities
- In May, the Holiday Inn Appleton completed a guest room renovation that included new carpet, wall coverings, furniture, TVs, bathrooms and decor.
- In January, Fox Valley Technical College added a state-of-the-art culinary theater that is available for group rental.
Green Lake
- In June, Heidel House Resort & Spa in Green Lake added a fire pit feature in the center of its BoatHouse Pub outdoor patio overlooking Green Lake.
Oshkosh
- Oshkosh is home to the newly renovated Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center. The property features more than 24,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space.
