NEW YORK
In response to meeting industry trends of smaller and more frequently held meetings, Convene is now offering a specialized small meeting service.
The new Convene service provides professional groups of up to 20 people with hassle-free, productive business meetings at an all-inclusive price. It aims to greatly simplify meeting planning and extends greater flexibility in service options and pricing.
The new package provides small and medium-sized companies with access to Convene’s executive class conference centers which are traditionally frequented by Fortune 1000 companies. Convene currently operates three conference centers in Manhattan – with two additional facilities opening in the fourth quarter 2013 (101 Park Ave., New York City) and first quarter 2014 (Tysons Corner, Va.). Meeting planners can take advantage of a comprehensive package of “built-in” meeting support from planning to day-of-production support.
The standard small meeting package includes built-in meeting technology such as high speed Wi-Fi, built-in projectors or flat screens, in-room audio, branded digital signage and on-site live tech support. Meetings rooms come equipped with flip charts, white boards and office supplies. Meeting participants also gain unlimited access to Convene’s “Nourish Café” where they can enjoy hot and cold beverages for morning and afternoon breaks. Hot and cold breakfast and lunches, Kosher meals and cocktail options, served by Convene’s onsite chefs and staff, can be arranged in advance.
