Groups can choose from complimentary self-parking; 1/40 comp policy; discounted staff rooms; parlor suite upgrade; additional Marriott Rewards points; in-room high-speed Internet; welcome amenity; meeting material receiving and storage fees; comp meeting room rental or presidential suite upgrade.
Function space at the hotel comprises 21 meeting rooms and 28,000 square feet of flexible gathering space— including the Grand Ballroom with 8,142 square feet that can accommodate up to 1,000 in reception (up to 650 in banquet and 850 in theater). Complimentary wireless Internet in public areas serves to facilitate connectivity. Other enhancing features of the hotel include a business center with computers, printers, copy and fax services, overnight delivery and pickup, audio and video equipment, portable stage, photographer, videoconferencing and catering.
Recreation activities at the Provo hotel include a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, sauna and an indoor and outdoor pool. The new Slate Restaurant is a casual eatery serving American favorites with a modern twist.
