As a third-party planner, how do you negotiate the best deal for your client without offending a venue by asking for lower rates, better concessions, etc.?
Suggest trying to negotiate best pricing by documenting the total economic impact of the meeting, and make sure to include the TOTAL spending of all attendees, not just hotel rooms and group meals.
