Benchmark Hospitality announced the appointment of Alex Cabanas as president and CEO of the hospitality management organization. Greg Champion was named executive vice president and COO. Both men will sit on the Board of Directors.
Cabanas is the son of Benchmark's founder Burt Cabanas and has worked with the company for the last eight years, most recently as president of business development and finance.
Champion has more than 20 years of industry experience and was also promoted to his new role from within Benchmark, serving as head of operations for the past five years.
