The High Wire Distillery is now brewing small-batch gin, whiskey, rum and vodka inside its 6,000 square-foot warehouse. The company offers group tours, tastings and rental space.
The new Charleston Harbor Fish House restaurant within the resort and marina of the same name can accommodate up to 30 guests for private dining. There are water views from practically every table, but the best can be found rooftop Bridge Bar.
The German-inspired Bay Street Biergarten opened on Bay Street in October, with tabletop taps, original beer cocktails and outdoor patio space.
