The much-anticipated Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza has made its Kansas City, Mo., debut, opening to the public Wednesday, Nov. 6.
Tucked amid the ornate fountains and elegant courtyards of Kansas City’s premier shopping district, Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza offers Mediterranean inspiration and chic and modern design— and pays homage to the Spanish Seville influence of the Country Club Plaza.
At Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza, guests can find sweeping vistas from the rooftop pool, which features fire pits, cabanas and a luxe bar. The hotel features two restaurants—Francesca’s, located just off the lobby, offering a daily European breakfast; and Rosso, located on the top floor of the hotel, offering upscale Italian dining, accompanied by views of the city. Bar Rosso, also located on the top floor of the hotel, aims to be a popular happy hour spot.
Overnight guests at Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza can enjoy a complimentary European breakfast at Francesca's, plus a complete fitness center and a spa suite. Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza has 132 guest rooms, nine spacious suites and one presidential suite. It also has 5,700 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including six meeting rooms for corporate meetings, seminars, social gatherings and weddings.
