ORLANDO, Fla.
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, the only all-suite Downtown Disney hotel located inside the Walt Disney World Resort, has completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the resorts 229 guest suites, the hotel's pool & recreation area and 4,000 square feet of public space.
A short walk to the Downtown Disney area with complimentary shuttle to all Disney Theme Parks and Water Parks, the hotel provides guests with the comforts of home with newly renovated one or two-bedroom suites with separate living room and wet bar, two televisions and the brand's iconic warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in.
The hotels recreational facilities offer a popular game room and video arcade, fitness center and newly paved and renovated outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, and splash pad and Pool Bar. The property also has more than 3,000 square feet of function space available for meetings and events.
Each of the hotels lavishly appointed guest suites has been painted in a new color palette for a fresh and modern look. New furnishings, including desks, armoires, refrigerators, headboards, chairs and ottomans have been installed. Fresh bed skirts dress the new beds, and a new lighting package has been added throughout the rooms. To complement this renovation, new entry doors and high-definition televisions have been installed in all guest suites.
The bathrooms have also been updated with new tile and contemporary vanities with storage room for hair dryers, guest's toiletries and additional towels. The bathtubs and shower units have also been resurfaced.
