Laurent Geroli was named executive chef at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, N.H., where he will oversee all culinary operations including menu creation, in-room dining and banqueting for meetings and events.
Geroli's experience includes working as executive chef at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, K.Y. and Casa Marina in Key West, F.L., as banquet chef at The Ritz-Carlton Montreal and The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis and as executive sous chef at Ojai Valley Inn and Spa in Ojai, C.A.
