NEW YORK
The Loews Regency Hotel reopened in Midtown Manhattan following its extensive, year-long, $100 million renovation. The 379-room Park Avenue hotel originally opened in 1963 and is the home of the original "Power Breakfast."
The revitalization of the hotel included updates to the Regency Bar & Grill signature restaurant, a new coffee bar with an entrance on 61st Street, a redesigned lobby, and the new 10,000-square-foot Julien Farel Restore Salon & Spa.
All guest rooms and suites were updated.
The Loews Regency specializes in smaller meetings, with four meeting rooms all on the second floor. The largest room seats up to 50 people, theater-style.
