The $20 million dual-branded Starwood development in Charlotte was completed last month with the opening of the Le Meridien Charlotte. The Le Meridien occupies one tower of the former Blake Hotel, while the new Sheraton Charlotte occupies the other tower.
The two properties share a lobby, spa, pools and fitness center, and both have access to 55,000 square feet of function space.
There are six dining outlets in the complex and 311 guest rooms.
The hotel complex is walking distance from Time Warner Cable Arena, the Charlotte Convention Center, lightrail transportation and major business offices. The Charlotte/Douglas International Airport is seven miles away.
