The Seattle Mariners appointed Alisia Anderson as director of ballpark sales and marketing for Safeco Field.
In addition to hosting 81 homes games every season, Safeco also hosts about 200 non-baseball events a year, accommodating groups as large as 47,000 people.
Anderson will focus on cultivating new business with corporate clients.
She previously spent seven years with the MGM Grand Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas, working in a variety of positions including national convention sales manager and special events sales manager
