Cedric Pas

The Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, N.H. named Cedric Pas as the new director of F&B. He will oversee all 13 dining outlets on the historic property, including in-room dining and event banquets. 

Pas comes to Omni from Hyatt Hotels, where he worked for the past 12 years. He served in a variety of positions, including corporate profit improvement manager, assistant food and beverage director, director of rooms and executive assistant manager.

He also served as plantation club manager at The Landings Club in Savannah, G.A. and most recently as executive director of food and beverage at Keystone Hospitality in Colorado.
