The LEED-certified building was constructed with sustainability touches like growing green walls, a rooftop greenhouse and an outdoor terrace.
Planners can book, the high-end industrial kitchen, prep areas and pastry spaces for culinary programs, and workshops and group classes are offered.
With seasonal outdoor stands and an indoor market hall year-round, it makes makes a destination for a group's lunch or snack break. (There are 16 types of sausages made on-site.)
