CANANDAIGUA, New York
Hay Creek Hotels was selected to manage the new Canandaigua Finger Lakes Resort & Spa, located in New York State's Finger Lakes region an hour east of Syracuse.
Slated to open in spring 2015, the 111-room property will boast lake views and 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including a conference center, as well as public docks and an outdoor bar for boat-up visitors.
The resort will also operate the Canandaigua Lady, a 19th century replica paddlewheel steamboat that can be booked for private events.
