Zoom In - New Jersey

What are some of the elements that make New Jersey a great F&B destination for groups?

The Garden State is definitely an untapped resource for groups, offering exceptional opportunities to connect with food makers focused on high-quality local products and with restaurants delivering outstanding farm-to-table experiences. As a hub of innovation and quality, Princeton is a perfect example. Whether it’s art, restaurants, boutiques, cafes or farms, you’ll find passionate locals showcasing the value of handcrafted products.

What tour services does Sickles provide for groups?

Offering a different way to explore New Jersey and the tristate area, our educationally focused “Sickles On The Road” day trips seek out unique and special food and garden experiences. Plus, we offer Sickles Market catering. Our new tour program launches this fall.

What are some highlights of your New Jersey program?

Family-owned and -operated for four generations, Sickles Market, founded in 1908, is a Jersey Shore institution for gourmet foods, farm-fresh produce, plants, gifts and more. Our tours are for people passionate about learning about and exploring food and gardens.

In a day trip to Princeton, one of our favorite New Jersey destinations, one of our groups learned mozzarella-making at Cherry Grove Farm, went behind the scenes at Small World’s coffee roasting facility and lunched at award-winning farm-to-table restaurant Eno Terra. It doesn’t get much better!
