Renaissance Dallas expands farm-to-table catering

The Renaissance Dallas added new farm-to-table dining options for groups. Led by Chef Dean Max, the reimagined catering menu focuses on freshness, seasonality, keeping business in the local community, and sharing culinary experiences with visiting meeting groups.

The downtown luxury hotel offers 484 guest rooms and will have 50,000 square feet of function space following the debut of a new 16,000-square-foot ballroom and 2,000-square-foot terrace this summer.
