Brasfield & Gorrie celebrated a construction milestone at the 135-room Le Méridien Columbus, The Joseph Hotel when the property's topping out ceremony was held in May.
The 10-story, 110,000 sq ft boutique hotel, is located in the Short North Arts District, north of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Property highlights will include deluxe spa suites, meeting rooms, a restaurant and ballrooms.
Construction of the Starwood-brand hotel began in August 2013 and will be completed in late 2014.
