Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts announced a new global partnership with pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini.
Over the next 12 months, Iuzzini will create eight signature eclair recipes inspired by various Le Meridien properties around the globe.
Johnny’s Eclair Diaries kicks off in San Francisco this month.
“I’m constantly searching for new flavors, techniques and ideas, and travel is a necessary source of inspiration,” says Iuzzini. “I am excited to work with Le Méridien because of the brand’s commitment to unlocking the destination through locally inspired cuisine.”
Le Meridien has also created the Le Meridien Sparkling program, offering signature cocktails at various locations.
