The new Atlanta Center for Human Rights is now open. Located in downtown Atlanta near the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium, the center’s goal is to “connect the American Civil Rights Movement to today’s Global Human Rights Movement” and create a safe space for all visitors.
Covering 43,000 square feet, the venue offers group tours and includes a 2,500-square-foot dedicated event space, as well as facilities that can host corporate meetings, breakout sessions, receptions and dinner parties.
Atlanta has a long legacy of civil rights action, and the museum hosts an array of permanent and temporary exhibits.
