The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa debuted the new 11,500-square-foot Watertable restaurant, which can accommodate groups of up to 300. Groups can also dine al fresco on the 80-person ocean-view patio.

The restaurant’s name is a reference to the infused water beverages on the menu, which features contemporary American dishes combined with Old World classics.

The 517-room Hyatt Regency offers more than 110,000 square feet of flexible function space, and a number of beachside teambuilding options.
