MAUI, Hi.
Experience 553 newly refreshed guestrooms and suites at the Ocean Tower of The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali. Seventy million dollars were invested into the transformation.
Redesigned accommodations feature new in-room furnishings showcasing contemporary elegance and island-inspired decor. Glass-enclosed showers and transparent balcony railings were also added to guest rooms.
Completed in March 2014, the upgrade introduced signature Westin touches including Heavenly Beds.
The new balcony railings allow for panoramic views of the West Maui mountains and Pacific Ocean. Within the rooms, the newly-redesigned vanity counter and bath area feature a mirrored wall with open spaces on both sides, providing guests the opportunity to enjoy scenic island views.
The new Executive Suites with separate bedroom and living area appeal to both families and couples who enjoy extra spacious accommodations.
Other enhancements completed the past year include the addition of three new pool gazebos, making it a total of six within the poolside areas of the resort. New beach cabanas were added on Ka’anapali Beach, with beautification of the landscape.
A new dining experience was introduced with the opening of Relish Burger Bistro in May 2013, the company's first location in Hawaii. Set outdoors amidst a courtyard garden setting, the restaurant serves American favorites while incorporating local dining experiences into the resort by utilizing freshly-grown ingredients such as Kula onions from upcountry Maui.
Situated on Ka‘anapali Beach, The Westin Maui Resort & Spa is the place to celebrate renewal, amidst the serenity of the resort. Surrounded by lush gardens with exotic wildlife and cascading waterfalls, the 759-room resort abounds with ways to rejuvenate - from splashing fun in five pools within its aquatic playground to snorkel/whale watch cruises, shopping at neighboring Whalers Village, Heavenly Spa relaxation and championship golfing at Ka’anapali Golf Courses.
