The Westin Birmingham opened in the city's vibrant Uptown Entertainment District, close to attractions such as the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, Regions Park, Birmingham Museum of Art and the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame. The Jefferson Convention Complex is also nearby.
The hotel offers 294 guest rooms, including seven suites, a rooftop pool and 7,000 square feet of event space. The pool terrace can be used for open-air receptions and dinner parties.
The Westin Birmingham is Alabama's first LEED Silver Certified hotel.
