HOUSTON
Construction is underway on the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria.
Slated to open in fall 2015, the new hotel will be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality and is part of a 7-acre mixed-use development near the Galleria shopping center, that will also include a Whole Foods Market, office buildings and specialty stores.
The 14-story hotel will offer 325 guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. Construction began in 2013.
