Pronghorn, an Auberge Resort in Bend, has a new venue named Event Island.
Situated in the center of a lake between the 1st and 18th holes of the resort's golf course, the 6,100-square-foot island is connected to the mainland by an arching stone bridge.
Lushly landscaped, the island offers panoramic views of the nearby Cascade Mountains and can entertain up to 300 seated guests. It can be utilized for private events, dinners, musical performances and more.
Perimeter berms and native vegetation, includingJuniper trees, add privacy while blending into the natural surroundings.
Pronghorn also hosts corporate retreats, and attendees enjoy nearby rock climbing, riding miles of mountain bike trails, SUP'ing on the Deschutes River and exploring the Bend Ale Trail.
