PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND
The Omni Providence Hotel revealed a multimillion dollar renovation of its public spaces, with enhancements made to meeting rooms, the lobby, coffee shop and pool.
The renovations included new furniture and carpeting in the open-air lobby which affords views of the Capitol. Meeting spaces were also entirely redecorated.
All breakout rooms and ballrooms received new wall coverings and carpeting, and a new tile mosaic was added, depicting a historic photograph of the city, as well as a nine panel display of the river system of Narragansett Bay.
Seating was added to Morsel’s, the hotel’s coffee shop, and the hotel’s indoor pool was also updated with new furniture and a new deck.
The hotel offers 564 guest rooms and is connected to the Rhode Island Convention Center.
