James Jolis joined The Chatwal in December as the luxury hotel's new chef concierge.
Most recently Jolis served as chef concierge at The Michelangelo Hotel, also in New York.
Jolis is fluent in multiple languages and after many years working in the music industry, including performing as a backup singer with Barry Manilow, he entered the hospitality industry.
