Skip Cerf, William Downes & Ramond Sneed

The 622-room  Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel announced the appointment of three new team members; Skip Cerf, director of hotel operations, William Downs, executive chef, and Ramon Sneed, senior food and beverage operations manager. 

Cerf brings more than 27 years of industry experience to the property, most recently serving as director of operations at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor Camden Yards. He has worked at Marriott properties in major markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

Downes will oversee culinary operations for the property's two restaurants, room service, 31,000 square feet of meeting space and the employee cafeteria. Most recently, Downes served as executive chef Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, a 525-room hotel with 25 meeting rooms. Prior, he was senior banquet chief at the Mayflower Renaissance Washington, D.C. Hotel. 

Sneed comes to the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace from Marriott International office, where he served as operations manager. He has been with the brand for more than 10 years.
