- The recently opened Miami Beach Edition is an “urban resort” by Ian Schrager, creator of the Delano. The new property offers 294 individually designed guest rooms and suites as well as an 8,300-square-foot private event space with its own dedicated entrance.

Fort Lauderdale
- Fronting lovely Fort Lauderdale Beach, Lago Mar Resort and Club recently renovated its patio bar and refreshed the north lobby and meeting rooms with rich carpeting and Florida colors such as aqua and teal.
- Once slated to become a Trump property, the 290-room beachfront Conrad Fort Lauderdale is undergoing more than $34 million in upgrades and is due to open in summer 2015 with more than 15,000 square feet of event space.
- The Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa completed a $7 million renovation of 32 meeting rooms.
