California
The Concourse Hotel at Los Angeles Airport will debut a new event lawn this spring as part of an ongoing renovation preparing the hotel to be rebranded as the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles Airport in 2016. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle running every 10 minutes and event facilities for up to 1,500 attendees. Located behind the hotel, the new outdoor space will accommodate up to 750 guests and include new landscaping and cabanas. www.concoursehotellax.hyatt.com

The 164-room Marina del Rey Hotel completed a $25 million renovation. Originally opened in 1964, the hotel rooms now include Keurig coffee makers and complimentary Wi-Fi. SALT is a new indoor/outdoor restaurant serving classic Californian cuisine. The hotel offers event facilities measuring 9,700 square feet and accommodating up to 350 guests. Colorado
The Ritz-Carlton, Denver plans to unveil a soft goods renovation of all of its 202 guest rooms and suites in March, including updates to upholstery, wall paint and carpeting, as well as new artwork and corridor refurbishments. Hotel Madeline in Telluride completed a variety of property enhancements in preparation for this year’s ski season. The slopeside luxury property offers 89 guest rooms and a redesigned dining experience at the new Black Iron Kitchen and Bar. Hawaii
A $100 million guest room renovation at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach is slated for completion this spring. The convention hotel offers 1,230 guest rooms and more than 19,500 square feet of flexible meeting and function space. www.waikiki.hyatt.com
