With the Hotel Northland coming online this year, the city of Green Bay is excited to welcome the historic luxury property back into its lodging portfolio.
The boutique property will offer approximately 160 guest rooms, plus flexible event space. Originally opened in 1924, the hotel is listed o the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and will welcome groups, local community members and visiting business travelers alike.
The redevelopment and multimillion restoration of the 10-story building will contribute to downtown Green Bay’s energy with a new restaurant, entertainment and private club.
