Eleven-year-old Dream Midtown in Manhattan completed a floor-to-ceiling renovation and changed its name from Dream New York as the brand continues to expand.
All 220 guest rooms were updated and a new 1,500-square-foot Presidential Suite debuted with three bedrooms and three baths, along with a “playscape” in the ground-floor lobby. A bi-level rooftop lounge will open later this year, spanning more than 4,000 square feet and creating an indoor/outdoor space with vibrant nightlife options.
Plans are also in development to update the building’s cellar space.
