Now taking reservations, the Chef’s Studio has made its debut as the newest venue at El San Juan Resort & Casino, A Hilton Hotel, in Puerto Rico.
Located in the resort’s main kitchen, the Studio welcomes up to eight guests for a private culinary experience featuring tailor-made, personalized menus and wine pairings, accompanied by presentations from Executive Chef Ana Parga. The venue can be used for private lunch and dinner meetings.
Customizable menu options include White Bean and Truffle Essence Soup, Pan Seared Duck Breast with Port Wine Sauce, Blueberry Mojito Granite and Deconstructed Lemon Merengue Pie with Fresh Berries.
Advance reservations are required to utilize the Chef’s Studio space. In addition to this new venue, El San Juan Resort provides 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
