Orchids at Palm Court, a fine-dining restaurant in the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, was awarded the AAA Five-Diamond award for 2015. It is the only restaurant in Ohio—and one of only 63 in North America—to receive the distinction.
“It is just so incredible to be in the company of the best in the country, and for our team here at Orchids at Palm Court to receive this prestigious acknowledgment for the hard work we’re doing,” says Todd Kelly, executive chef and director of food and beverage.
Chef Kelly works with his culinary team to craft seasonal appetizers and entrees that include creative spins on classic dishes such as roasted chicken, venison and lamb chops.
The restaurant’s ambience is complemented by several design highlights, such as Brazilian rosewood walls with German silver-nickel metalwork and lighting fixtures, a two-story ceiling with large Romanesque murals, and an original Rookwood Pottery fountain.
Orchids at Palm Court and the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza can create custom culinary experiences for private parties of up to 1,000, and the restaurant can be rented out for up to 76 guests. Additionally, the hotel features 40,000 square feet of meeting space, including three ballrooms and 28 breakout rooms.
