The DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Southwest recently debuted. The five-story, 179-room hotel, formerly an Executive Suites, reopened as a DoubleTree following a multimillion-dollar refurbishing that included updates throughout the lobby and public areas, as well as guest rooms. Complimentary amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor pool and hot tub, and an outdoor pool deck. All-day dining is available in the hotel’s ballroom, and as part of the transformation, this summer the hotel will introduce its new restaurant addition, Vida Grill, featuring American and Tex-Mex dishes and a fresh guacamole station. The hotel has more than 28,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. For smaller group meetings, the hotel offers the Meetings Simplified by Hilton package, which includes a meeting room, basic meeting Wi-Fi, meeting room supplies, and all day non-alcoholic beverage service.
