The hotel’s signature restaurant, Beachcraft, is helmed by critically acclaimed, James Beard Award-winning chef Tom Colicchio, making his Miami debut.
Interior design firm Plant the Future creates nature-as-art moments throughout the hotel that act as living art exhibits for guests to interact with, such as terrariums in the rooms, a “plant laboratory” gallery with rotating exhibitions, observation terrariums hanging from the ceiling to allow guests to take in a 360-degree view from inside, a curated jungle at the back of reception, and additional pieces around the hotel.
There is also 3,000 feet of living wall wrapped around the building’s exterior with 11,000 local tropical plant varieties and 2,000 feet of plant life in the main ballroom. The hotel offers access to a fleet of Tesla electric vehicles for rides within a three-mile radius of the hotel.
