Salt Lake City

Awarded to Omni Hotels & Resorts, the estimated $300-$350 million project, to be built adjacent to the Salt Palace Convention Center, is down to three possible sites. With an estimated construction timeframe of two years, the headquarter hotel would be Omni’s first in Utah.

  • Part ofDeer Valley Resort, the 266-room Lodges at Deer Valley, offering 7,000 square feet of meeting space, has opened the year-round Brass Tag restaurant.
  • Vail Resortsrecently announced a $50 million capital improvement plan linking Park City and Canyons Resorts, creating the single largest resort in the United States. Significant investments will include a new gondola, two new chairlifts, a new restaurant and two restaurant improvements.
