The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center completed a massive, one-year renovation project in January, transforming 1,298 guest rooms and 100,000 square feet of meeting space with an investment of $30 million. As part of the guest room renovation, the hotel’s 52 deluxe suites on floors 62 to 70 have all been redesigned to further enhance their flexibility. Many suites now have dedicated space for hosting small events. The meeting space at the Detroit Marriot spans three floors and 100,000 square feet, with 34 separate rooms.

The property has 203 guest rooms and 21,000 square feet of IACC-certified conference space.
