- DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland–Westlake opened in July, located approximately 12 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Formerly a Holiday Inn, the 267-room property debuts 11,000 square feet of event space, including four conference rooms, a ballroom and seven meeting rooms.
- The Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland–Beachwood recently wrapped a complete renovation and transformation. The property offers 174 suites; more than 2,200 square feet of flexible, high-tech meeting/function space; and a seasonal, heated outdoor pool and whirlpool.
- The Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Independence finalized a complete renovation of its 118 suites earlier this year, transforming them into upscale guest rooms providing flexible spaces and amenities. The property also offers more than 800 square feet of high-tech meeting/function space.
- DoubleTree by Hilton, The Tudor Arms Hotel was inducted into the Historic Hotels of America earlier this year. The property was originally built in 1933 as the elegant Cleveland Club. It now features 157 guest rooms and about 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
- Bob Megazzini, an experienced veteran bringing more than 30 years of leadership to the property, was appointed general manager of The Westin Cleveland Downtown early this year. The hotel received a $70 million makeover not long ago, boosting its 484 guest rooms and more than 20,000 square feet of function space.
