Delaware
Bethany Beach Ocean Suites opened on Delaware’s Atlantic Coast will 112 suites. This property is the first full-service hotel located directly on Bethany Beach and many of the suites have balconies overlooking the beach and boardwalk. The 4,400 square feet of meeting and event space can accommodate up to 300 people and includes an executive boardroom and conference room. The hotel’s restaurant, 99 Sea Level, partnered with local farms and fisheries to create seasonal menus. The boat shaped bar has a built-in raw bar and serves local craft beer, wines and cocktails with house-made syrups, tonics and juices.

Massachusetts
Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport debuted with 178 guest rooms. The property, located just a mile from Logan International Airport, offers 24-hour shuttle service to the airport, MBTA subway and local businesses, as well as complimentary on-site parking. There is 2,100 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 180.

The 418-room Boston Marriott Burlington completed its property renovation and new meeting and event service, Meetings Imagined, which allows fully customizable event planning services at each stage of the event planning process. The hotel has 14,700 square feet of space, including a 9,000-square-foot ballroom and a great room lobby with a fireplace and new outdoor pool and patio area.

New Jersey
The 942-room Resorts Casino Hotel opened its technologically advanced conference center. The new 12,000-square-foot space includes the Atlantic Ballroom, with a prefunction area and 12 meeting rooms. The resort now has more than 64,000 square feet of space and 24 meeting rooms. One high-tech feature is that attendees can wirelessly connect to laptops and personal devices simultaneously while sharing screens with each other and even with those off-site.

New York
Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst opened and is the first Hyatt Place in western New York. The 137-room property features three meeting rooms and about 1,900 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel offers free shuttle service to Buffalo Niagara International airport and has 24-hour food offerings.

The 156-room DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet completed a renovation and redesign of its lobby, guest rooms and public areas. The property also unveiled a new on-site restaurant, Windsor Grille Bar and Lounge, which uses locally sourced ingredients and offers a weekly changing prix fix menu. Its 6,000 square feet of meeting space includes two meeting rooms and a grand ballroom that can be divided into four smaller areas.
